Sophia is a seasoned and passionate Creative Senior with more than 15 years’ experience in the brand and communications sector.
In 2016, she joined M&C Saatchi advertising agency as Senior Designer, working on print and digital campaigns for high-profile clients, including Coca-Cola, Amazon Prime and NatWest.
Two years later, Sophia was promoted to Design Director, overseeing all design and branding for government, NGO and charity clients. Whilst being a hands-on designer herself, Sophia was leading a team of designers, creating an inspiring and supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
In 2021, Sophia was part of the creative leadership team on Census 2021, defining look and feel, driving excellence in output and coaching designers delivering a campaign reaching 60 million people across England and Wales.
Sophia prides herself on always ensuring the highest level of creativity and client satisfaction, whilst keeping timings and budgets in check.
She works currently as Design Director for VML on the Boots account overseeing a team of designers.
